The Sleek Rod Series is designed for applications where the actuator is meant to be seen. Unlike standard actuators with bulky motor housings, this unit features a streamlined, cylindrical architecture that blends seamlessly into modern designs. Whether lifting a display case, automating a hidden bar, or adjusting a smart desk, the Sleek Rod Series offers clean lines and a premium finish that complements high-end machinery and furniture.
Beneath its refined exterior lies a robust 12V DC motor capable of delivering either 40 lbs or 150 lbs of dynamic force. The unit is sealed to an IP54 rating with internal O-rings, providing protection against dust and splashes. Pre-installed internal limit switches ensure safe operation by automatically stopping the stroke at full extension and retraction.
System Integration
Designed for simplicity, the Sleek Rod Series utilizes a standard 2-wire interface for easy polarity-reversal control. It pairs perfectly with our MB2 Brackets, which are specifically engineered to mount to the clevis ends while maintaining the unit's low profile.
