The Classic Series General Purpose Actuator is the industry standard for commercial motion control. Designed for high-volume integration into Automated Furniture, RV/Overland vehicles, Marine hatches, and Agricultural equipment, this unit delivers a rugged, maintenance-free solution for OEMs. Its cylindrical form factor allows for seamless installation in tight spaces, making it the go-to choice for hidden TV lifts, adjustable cabinetry, and automated chassis components.
Stroke Configuration & Force Profiles
To accommodate diverse build requirements, the Classic Series is available in nine standard stroke lengths ranging from 1-inch to 24-inches. The series offers three gearing configurations to optimize the Force/Speed trade-off for your specific application:
- FA-35 (High Speed): 2.0"/sec - Ideal for rapid-deploy covers, sensor deployment, and light architectural motion.
- FA-150 (Standard Balance): 0.5"/sec - The standard for furniture automation, RV slide-outs, and skylights.
- FA-240 (High Force): 0.3"/sec - Best for heavy load applications such as tonneau covers, agricultural levers, and heavy marine hatches.
All models support standard 12VDC or 24VDC power inputs, ensuring compatibility with automotive batteries, marine power systems, and standard commercial power supplies.
Commercial Grade Durability (IP54)
Constructed with aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, the Classic Series provides corrosion resistance essential for Marine and Agricultural environments. The unit carries an IP54 rating, ensuring protection against dust, dirt, and water spray. Internal limit switches are factory-preset to cut power at full extension and retraction, preventing mechanical binding and protecting the motor longevity in high-cycle commercial use.
