Description
FIRGELLI Industrial Linear Actuator — 2,200 lbs Force
Download Brochure here
Built for the toughest environments, the Industrial Linear Actuator delivers up to 2,200 lbs (10,000 N) of force with IP66 environmental protection, integrated limit switches, and included Hall-sensor feedback for optional position monitoring. For basic operation, simply use the standard 2-wire hookup — the actuator will stop automatically at each end of travel thanks to the built-in limit switches. Hall feedback is available but not required.
✔️ Massive Force Output – (≈2,200 lbs)
Delivers extreme lifting and pushing capacity suitable for heavy-duty industrial machinery, automation systems, and harsh outdoor environments.
✔️ High-Precision Feedback
Hall-sensor built-in — ideal for applications requiring exact position control, 0.049mm per pulse
✔️ IP66 Protection
Dust-tight and resistant to powerful water jets. Perfect for outdoor, agricultural, factory-floor, mining, and construction environments.
✔️ Compact, Rugged Industrial Housing
Designed with a tight mechanical footprint while delivering extreme force — more output per size compared to typical industrial actuators.
✔️ Built-In Limit Switches
Internal end-of-stroke shutoff protects the motor and your equipment by stopping the actuator at safe travel limits automatically.
✔️High-Efficiency Ball-Screw Drive
Delivers smoother motion, higher speed, and increased mechanical efficiency compared to traditional lead-screw designs — ideal for industrial applications requiring precision, durability, and maximum performance.
✔️ Extensive Stroke Options (10" to 40" and custom stroke options available)
Length flexibility makes this actuator suitable for custom machinery, lifts, hatches, production automation, robotics, and more.
✔️ Available in 12V or 24V
Choose the ideal voltage for your system — from mobile 12V applications to fixed industrial installations. Our standard options are 12v and 24v
✔️ Wide Temperature Range Options
Works reliably from −40°C to +65°C, for extreme environments.
✔️ Durable Brushed DC Motor Drive
Simple, reliable, field-serviceable design suitable for industrial heavy-use cycles.
✔️ Electrical Overload Protection
Built-in protection prevents damage under abnormal loads or power conditions.
✔️ Compatible with FIRGELLI Brackets & Accessories
Use MB-18 brackets, control boards, remote kits, power supplies, and automation systems for complete plug-and-play integration.
✔️ Ideal for Harsh Industrial Environments
Engineered to perform in dust, moisture, vibration, and temperature extremes — without maintenance.
