The Bullet 23 Cal. Series is the most compact in-line actuator in our lineup, featuring a slender 0.9" (23mm) diameter. Constructed entirely from SUS304 Stainless Steel, this actuator is not only visually sleek but also highly corrosion-resistant, making it ideal for visible installations in medical environments, clean rooms, or high-end architectural projects.
Engineered for continuous operation, this series boasts a Best-in-Class 100% Duty Cycle, allowing it to run continuously without overheating—a rarity in compact DC actuators. It also features an integrated Over-Current Protection system that acts as a dynamic force sensor, automatically stopping the motor if it encounters an obstacle or reaches the end of its stroke, eliminating the need for external limit switches.
System Design Notes
Stroke Control: This model utilizes Over-Current Protection for end-stops rather than internal limit switches. For applications requiring precise position feedback or synchronization, consider our 36 Cal. Bullet Series with Hall Sensors.
