The Mini Track Series Compact Linear Actuator solves a critical design challenge: creating linear motion in confined spaces where an extending rod is not viable. By utilizing a Sliding Carriage Architecture, the actuator maintains a fixed overall length throughout its entire stroke. The carriage travels along the main body, allowing for integration into tight enclosures, custom furniture, and precision medical equipment.
Ideally suited for applications requiring a low profile and predictable footprint, this series delivers 35 lbs of force at a rapid 2 inches per second. The design is perfect for sliding panels, adjusting monitors, or actuating hidden mechanisms where space is at a premium.
System Integration & Versatility
The Mini Track Series is designed for "Plug & Play" simplicity. It features a straightforward 2-wire interface for easy polarity-reversal control and includes pre-installed internal limit switches to prevent over-travel. For mounting, the unit offers dual options: standard clevis mounts on the ends (compatible with MB1 Brackets) and a versatile sliding block (compatible with MB9 Brackets) for side-load attachments.
