The Premium High Force Actuator was designed to bridge the gap between compact automation and heavy industrial lifting. By integrating a high-torque DC motor into our versatile Premium body, this unit delivers a substantial 400 lbs of dynamic push/pull force and an impressive 800 lbs of static holding power.
Built for the elements, it features an IP66 Rating, making it impervious to dust and powerful water jets. The construction utilizes high-grade aluminum for both the inner and outer tubes, ensuring corrosion resistance in harsh environments. With built-in limit switches and a low-noise design (20dB over ambient), it remains a reliable workhorse for existing system maintenance.
